TestMax - new link system

As i did talk about for some month ago i would create some
upgrades for TestMax.dk when i did get some time.
Yesterday i did create a link system for Testmax, it's a great
way to share some programming, blog and other kind of links for all
users.
Another nice decision is our redirect method which is direct
instead of redirect it by a script.
