ASP.NET 3.5 and Visual Studio 2008 finally released!

I was really looking for this Visual Studio update, It seems to be much more flexible and and should be faster to work with the design view.

Some of the new features in Visual Studio 2008, is the new split view between code and design, which work as a live result viewer, when you change something in the code, it's automatically update the design view, that's awesome! Other imported things like full intellisense and debugging in Javascript is now possible, and it's also support all stylesheet files in the design view, so it should be possible to view the full website with design before you are releasing it.

One of my favorite new updates, is the multi framework targeting support for the current .NET frameworks. Which is 2.0, 3.0 and 3.5. Most of the web-hosting companies don't even want to update the framework rigth now, It actually took years for the danish companies company's to react on the ASP.NET framework 2.0.

The new ASP.NET is also shipped with some new improvements, like the new ListView and DataPager Controls, But I'll wait to comment these new controls until I got some experience with them.

Yes i must say it's a great program after working with it some time. It truly is better than Visual Studio 2003, even though it crashed after 30secounds of running.

But I haven't found out if it's possible to use Firefox as your Debugging browser instead of IE. It seems like Microsoft made it specific for IE.
